Ride Day Info - Meetup Locations and more..

 Marked annually on the first Saturday in May, International Female Ride Day®*.(IFRD) is a campaign for women motorcycle riders across all cultures of the sport, with the purpose of highlighting and profiling the many numbers of woman riders enjoying the activity. It is an ALL brands, all forms, and all styles worldwide ride. All riders are invited to take part and join in on the universal ride day action of “JUST RIDE!®”
Please join us as lady riders across Arizona RIDE in celebration of IFRD.
Women from ALL Clubs are invited and will unite for a show of unity on this singular ride. Several meetups spots TBA will lead to our host City of Superior. Superior will be providing a police escort to town and will close Main Street for LADIES ONLY motorcycle parking only. 

• Lady riders will begin departing Superstition Harley Davidson in small groups of 20-30 to the Town of Superior.
• IFRD Volunteer Road Captains and Sweeps will be sporting an orange or yellow vest.  Please follow them accordingly while on the ride.
• Obey all traffic laws. Riding staggered formation. Never cross in the pack. If a rider drops out, pull forward to fill the gap. Ride safe within your abilities & always ride your own ride.
• Laura Jean Photography will be along the route to take an action shot of you riding by on your motorcycle at approximately mm220 but we’ll let you know so that the pack can slow down and call for single file for your individual photo op.
• Main Street in Superior will blocked off for lady motorcycle parking only.
• Main Street will be ONE WAY and can only be entered from the West.
• Superior Tours providing free shuttle service around town.
• Vendors and shops will provide free water along Main Street - there will also be several "shade stations" through-out Main Street.
• The group IFRD photo is scheduled for 2pm on Main Street.
• Should any riders need assistance, Arizona Motorcycle Towing (female owned) will be following the pack for assistance with a tow.
• Live music by White Lightnin" at the park from 11:30 -2:30pm.
• It's IFRD and this is our day so this a ladies only ride. We love our male supporters and encourage them to attend, however we ask that they do not ride in the "parade" nor follow directly behind but rather meet us at the destination.

7-8:30am – Female rider groups will be meeting at various sponsored locations: Helmet Center, Phoenix Moto Leathers (Avondale), Chandler Harley Davidson, JP Cycles and Cycle Gear (Mesa). PRERIDE MEETUP LIST

9am Registration opens at Superstition Harley – get your IFRD souvenir bag & breakfast graciously provided by The Husband-and-Wife Law Team. 

10am Group photo & pre ride meeting at Superstition Harley (in front of the service center).   

10:30am Small groups will begin to depart Superstition Harley for Superior. Please review & know the route.  IFRD ROUTE

11 – 5pm Main Street will be Sturgis style lady's biker parking only, Stone Ave to Magma Ave. 

11 – 5pm Stroll Main St – visit the vendors, local shops and grab a bite to eat. 

11 - 2pm All the way from Oregon, meet author Joyce Dietrich of “Memoirs of a Crazy Biker Bitch” - in front of Belle's on Main St. 

11 – 2pm Beat the heat - get Wet & Wild with Robin in the Park. 

11:30-2:30pm  Rock out in the Park with live music by White Lightnin’ at the Main St Stage.  

11 – 5pm Mural Tour – Can you find all 27?  Tons of photo ops. Stop by the Chamber of Commerce on Main St for information & directions. 

10:30 – 5pm Get your bike cleaned/detailed by Josh on Main St. in front of the VFW Bldg.  

12:00pm Live music by Reuben Gonzales on the patio at Bella’s on Main.

1:00pm- ? Live music at Porters on Main - shuttle rides available from Superior Tours. 

2:00pm Group photo on Main Street – in front of the Park. 

2:15pm Announcements of 50/50 & raffle winners 2:15pm. 

2:20pm Special performance in the park by the Superior Dance Company. 

3:00pm Lucky Strike Cycles drawing for a Cardo Edge – Main St unit under the Hard Drive tent. 

5:00pm Main Street officially reopens to traffic. 

5:00 - 7pm Food Truck available at Barmacy/Magma on Main. 

6 – 9pm Live music by Imagines at Barmacy Bar on Main St.  

SUPERIOR TOURS is providing shuttle rides around town – please tip generously.

ARIZONA MOTORCYCLE TOWING will be following from SHD to Superior and is available. If you need assistance, please call 623-251-4401.

SUPERIOR CHAMBER OF COMMERCE on Main St. will be open all day as an airconditioned comfort center for lady riders.

ALL VENDORS on Main St. will have ice chests with bottles of water available for lady riders 

There are several areas where you can meet up with ladies and ride to Superstition Harley for the big kick off.  All groups and Lead and Swept by Women and have been trained in accident scene management.  Please support these locations as they are opening their doors early for you and providing coffee & donuts to start your day.
